Download CVAbout Me
A brief introductionI am a second-year PhD student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering
department at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), where I am very fortunate to be advised by
Prof. Venugopal Veeravalli. Before that,
I graduated with a Diploma (BSc+MEng) in Electrical and Computer Engineering
from the University of Patras, at which I had the wonderful opportunity to work with
Prof. George Moustakides. For more information, feel
free to see my CV.
If you enjoy linguistics (or are simply confused), my full legal first name is Argyrios. However, I mostly go by Argyris,
especially when I visit Greece, due to the weird nature of male Greek names! The "englishized" version of my name is Argy, pronounced "R-G", hence the name on this site.
I go by all of these names, but I believe there is a clear winner.
